PP Dropper

PP Dropper is a liquid dispensing tool made of polypropylene (PP) material, mainly composed of a dropper, a sealing cap, and a connection interface.

Corrosion-resistant material
PP Dropper is made of medical-grade polypropylene (PP) material. The carbon-carbon bond and carbon-hydrogen bond in the molecular structure are stable and do not easily react chemically with acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.

Precise injection molding
Through high-precision injection molding equipment processing, PP Dropper achieves uniform wall thickness and stable structure. The liquid output error is controlled within ±5%. It can accurately dispense liquid in the range of 0.5ml to 5ml, meeting the strict requirements of drug and reagent packaging.

Good sealing performance
PP Dropper is manufactured with high-standard molds, combined with threaded closure or smooth closure design to ensure that the dropper is firmly sealed with the bottle mouth, which can effectively prevent liquid volatilization and leakage, and meet the high-standard requirements of the pharmaceutical industry for sealing performance.

Sterilizable and reusable
In terms of material selection and molding process, the PP Dropper is specially designed for high temperature and high-pressure sterilization (121°C, 15 minutes). It has a smooth surface without micropores, is easy to clean, supports multiple sterilization uses, and reduces the cost of use.
